Harry B. Pappas

Harry B. Pappas, 88, of Green River, passed away June 23, 2015 at the Mission at Castle Rock in Green River.

He had been a longtime resident of Green River.

He was born on Nov. 22, 1926 in Rock Springs, the son of the late Louis Pappas and Bella Xaniphon Pappas.

Pappas attended schools in Rock Springs.

He was a United States Marine Veteran of World War II and Wyoming National Guard.

He married the former Sophia Curtis in Rock Springs on July 15, 1950 and she preceded him in death on Jan. 26, 2003.

Pappas was employed by the Union Pacific Railroad.
