Michael Wayne Wright, 47, appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Nena James at an arraignment to a felony charge of child abuse.     The Wyoming All-State Marching Band made its appearance in the 127th Pasadena Rose Parade. The New Year's Day parade had more than 40 floats and about 20 bands, including Wyoming's marching band.     It was 1987, when a spry Mike Kennedy started his volunteer firefighter training for the Green River Fire Department. After training, he was put on as a full-time volunteer in 1988. His fourth year on the squad, he became lieutenant and was in that position until December of 1999, when he was appointed as assistant fire chief.
