Siu Tung "ABC" Lau

Siu Tung "ABC" Lau, 84 passed away Friday, September 9, 2022 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He was a resident of Rock Springs since 1975 and former resident of China.

He was born July 3, 1938 in Taishan, China; the son of Way Jui Lau and Tray Fong Liu.

Mr. Lau attended schools in China.

He married Shuet Fan Kan in 1978 in Hong Kong.

He was the Owner/Operator and Cook of the Hong Kong House for eight years. He retired in 2008 having worked for the Sands Cafe for eight years.

Mr. Lau enjoyed spending time with family and traveling.

Survivors include his wife Shuet Fan Lau of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one son, Henry Lau and wife Siobhan of Rock Springs, Wyoming; two grandchildren, Liam Lau and Ellie Lau and five nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Way Ock Lew.

Cremation will take place; a Celebration of Life will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 26, 2022 at the Vase Funeral Chapel, 154 Elk Street, Rock Springs, Wyoming.
