Green River Police Department reports for June 23

At 7:37 p.m., officers responded to a report of an individual with an active warrant. Officers made contact with the individual, confirmed the warrant, and placed Michael Anson, of Green River, under arrest per the active warrant. Officers transported Anson to the Sweetwater County Detention Center and completed a report of the incident. The GRPD did not release the address officers responded to.

At 10:40 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired at the Embassy Tavern. The GRPD released full press releases regarding the incident.
