Steiss resigns from GR school board

A longtime member of the Sweetwater County School District No. 2 Board of Trustees resigned.

Robin Steiss, a seven-year member of the board, announced her intent to resign from the board. The board is now accepting applications to fill the remainder of her term, which expires at the end of 2022. Letters of interest and a list of qualifications are being accepted until Jan. 11 at 4:30 p.m. The school board will then review the submissions and schedule interviews with selected candidates.
