COVID-19 delays trial

COVID-19 isn’t just impacting spring and summer events throughout the Cowboy State, it’s hampering the state’s justice system as well.

The jury trial of Bradley Setzer, originally set to take place May 11 at 9 a.m., before Third Judicial District Court Judge Richard Lavery, was postponed to July 13 at 9 a.m.

A pretrial conference, originally scheduled for April 22, at 1:30 p.m. was rescheduled to June 15 at 1:30 p.m.
