Wolves football takes loss in Jackson

The Wolves football had a tough loss against Jackson last Friday falling, 47-0.

The 1-3 Green River Wolves traveled to Jackson this past Friday to take on the 2-2 Jackson Broncs and the states leading rusher 5’ 8” 160 lb. senior Jaden Cox who is averaging more 200 yards rushing per game.

Head coach Marty Wrage said it was a tough game in Jackson.

Cox who was rested for part of the second half carried the ball 23 times for 179 yards for two touchdowns and two fumbles, while their sophomore quarterback showed they can also pass the ball as he threw four touchdown passes.
