Green River man faces sexual assault, abuse charges

A man accused of inappropriately touching a 17-year-old while they were working could serve 30 years in prison.

Bradley A. Baugh, 23, appeared in the Third District County of Judge Richard Lavery at an arraignment to one count of third-degree sexual assault and three counts of fourth-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

If Baugh is found guilty of all four felonies, he could face a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a maximum fine of $40,000. A jury trial has been scheduled to take place Aug. 12 at 9 a.m.
