Sam Logan practices how to spray bear repellent at the Ciner Kids Health and Safety Fair, which took place Saturday at the Western Wyoming Community College Green River campus. It took a few tries to learn how unlock and spray the can, which wasn't filled with the actual repellent, but Logan did it.
