Boys add 2 wins at tourney

Chase Stoeger works hard to keep the ball away from a Thunder Basin player Friday night during action at the Flaming Gorge Classic.

While the Wolves took their first loss at the Flaming Gorge Classic, the team made a strong showing during the weekend in front the home crowds at Green River High School.

The Wolves started the tournament with commanding 63-40 win over Westside High School from Dayton, Idaho. Their meeting with Thunder Basin High School from Gillette resulted in a 57-46 loss, but their final game of the tournament saw the Wolves pick themselves up and defeat Ogden, Utah's Ben Lomond High School 59-43.
