Clarence J. (Jim) Harris

Clarence J. (Jim) Harris passed away May 23, 2018, following a brief illness, in Pocatello, Idaho, where he had resided for the past nine years. He was 86.

He was born Feb. 11, 1932, in Frontier, the only son of Clarence Goddard Harris and Marina Minnie Mecca. He attended Frontier grade school and graduated from Kemmerer High school with the class of 1950.

He joined the U.S.A.F. Feb. 13, 1951, where he served as a jet reciprocating aircraft mechanic on F-86 and B-36 bombers. He was stationed in Rapid City, S.D., and served overseas at Kimper AFB in Korea. He was honorably discharged Feb. 12...
