The body of a fisherman who disappeared from the boat ramp at Cedar Springs Marina in Utah in late January has been discovered more than two months later.
Wednesday morning, the Daggett County Sheriff’s Office issued a media release regarding the fisherman, who was identified as Phil Sabey, 59, of Manila, Utah.
