Heather Alyson Punches Waugh suddenly passed away at her home in Salt Lake City, Feb. 22, 2016.
Waugh was 50 years old.
She is survived by her husband Jason Waugh, sister Alicia Cook, brother Ian Punches, her parents, James Punches of Green River and Ann Underdahl of Las Vegas and her nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are underway....
