The hustle and bustle of Flaming Gorge Days is over. With the completion of the annual festivities comes the aftermath or lack of one, according to Green River Police Department Det. Luke Benson.
“I think overall, it was a good weekend,” Benson said.
In total, there were seven arrests over the weekend; two DUI arrests, four public intoxication arrests, and one underage consumption arrest, which also involved interference with a police officer.
“It was a pretty safe and smooth weekend,” Benson said. “I want to thank the community for helping to make it a fun and safe weekend.”
