Mary Jane Morrison

Mary Jane Morrison, 62, of Green River passed away April 10, 2015 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. A long time resident of Green River, Morrison died following a lengthy illness.

She was born on April 30, 1952 in Carlsbad, N.M., the daughter of the late Aaron Roberson and Stella Poulson Roberson.

Morrison attended schools in Carlsbad, N.M.

She married Ricky Francis Morrison on April 6, 1979 in Green River and he preceded her in death on May 28, 2006.

Her interests included spending time with her family, camping and cook outs.

Survivors include one daughter, Theresa Morrison of Rock Springs; one son, Andrew Morrison of Green River; one sister, Linda Lou Lloyd of Alabama; and two nieces Michelle and Cindy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Barbara Hays and Beverly Whitecar; two brothers Robert Hayes and Ronald Roberson.  

Cremation will take place and memorial graveside services will take place April 30 at 10: a.m. at Riverview Cemetery.
