The Green River High School girl’s basketball team showed some positive signs last week at a three-day tournament in Cheyenne.
While the Lady Wolves were unable to pick up a victory, head coach Rick Carroll said the team played hard in all three games, especially on defense.
“Defensively, there were times when we played good, but we were inconsistent,” he said. “There are times we have minutes pushed together we don’t score or allow them to have a run, and we need to work on that.” he said.
