The Green River High School volleyball team showed at times they could play with anybody in the state.
In their first two home matches of the season, the Lady Wolves showed many positives despite two losses to the number one and three ranked teams in the state.
The highlight of the season was Saturday when the Lady Wolves faced the daunting task of facing the top-ranked Trojans who came into the match with a 14-1 record and were a perfect 3-0 in the 4A West Conference.
