After last year's Urban Renewal Agency's Trunk or Treat event, Debbie Hansen, administrative services tech, placed a whole bunch of skeletons around a table in City Hall.     A long-awaited book detailing ghostly experiences at the Sweetwater County Library will be released soon. Jason Grubb, Sweetwater County Library System director, said the library foundation recently released the book, "Spirits in the Stacks: Tales from Sweetwater County's Haunted Library."     The elderly patient came back to our rural hospital from a hospital in a nearby larger city after having had major surgery and feeding-tube placement.     The Lady Wolves Volleyball team's season came to an end this weekend at Regionals. Despite the Lady Wolves growing as a team and improving, they did not advance to State this year. On Friday, the Lady Wolves once again had to play the Rock Springs Lady Tigers for a chance to advance in the bracket. They lost in three sets, 30-28, 25-12, 25-19.     With the regular season coming to an end, the Lady Wolves swimming and diving team is preparing for State. State takes place this week in Gillette and the Lady Wolves know Laramie High School is the team to beat. Maes was born May 10, 1966, in Rock Springs, the son of Jose De Jesus Maes and Concha Trujillo.     Thanks to a joint effort, a new statue will appear in front of the Sweetwater County Courthouse. Green River recreation supervisor Katie Duncombe said a fox sculpture, which was purchased by the Green River Arts Council for about $5,000 through the Thomas and Mary Kourbelas Charitable Trust, will be located at the west entrance of the Courthouse.     Nearly three months after shifting its printing operations from Rock Springs to Salt Lake City, the Green River Star is changing its printer a second time. The newspaper will print with Adams Publishing Group in Cheyenne. The newspaper was forced to change printing operations after the press in Rock Springs was closed in July. The Star moved to printing with Media One in Utah and adopted a Thursday publication date to accommodate added shipping time.
