    Officers responded to a noise complaint of loud music coming from a vehicle on Arkansas Drive. The owner of the vehicle was contacted, given a warning and turned the music down. Officers received a report of suspicious odor of something burning from a residence the reporting party walked by on Hitching Post Drive.     Three Green River students graduated from Wyoming Connections Academy May 22. The students; Bret Crofutt, Moriah Durfee and Anthony Kudar, were part of a 31-student graduating class from the academy. Other students from the academy were from Rock Springs, Powell, Cody and other locations.     Sign up for the Sweetwater County Library System’s summer reading programs started yesterday. The theme of this year’s summer reading program for all ages is On Your Mark, Get Set, Read. Kids finishing fourth grade and younger are invited to sign up for the youth program. They will receive reading logs to complete throughout the summer.
