    A woman accused of welfare fraud pleaded not guilty to one felony charge. Natasha York, of Green River, also known as Natasha Ann Crooks, appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Richard Lavery at an arraignment to public welfare benefits fraud.     A recent trip to Murray, Utah turned into a good meet for members of the Green River High School Cross Country team. Head coach Steve Boyd said the runners saw improvement during the meet, which included nationally-recognized cross country teams from Davis, Utah and American Fork, Utah.     The Wolves got their first taste of victory this season in Rawlins after defeating the Outlaws 33-20 in their second non-conference game.
