    Two classrooms at the YWCA Early Care Center were closed following a positive COVID-19 case tied to the building. Students and teachers inside those rooms will be quarantined.     ROCK SPRINGS (Wyoming News Exchange) — Thera Leanne Siler, 41, of Green River has been convicted of a felony charge of abuse of a vulnerable adult for an incident involving her father. A jury returned with a guilty verdict during a trial in Sweetwater County District Court on Monday and Tuesday. Siler was not convicted on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.     Green River has recently completed a series of energy-efficient projects which will save the taxpayers thousands of dollars each year. The city’s parks and recreation department completed six different projects over the course of three years, which will result in an estimated cost savings of $56,000 yearly.
