    It’s time for everyone to dive into “oceans of possibilities” with this year’s Sweetwater County Library System summer reading program. The program, which encourages everyone to read by offering prizes and activities throughout the summer, will run from June 6 to August 6. Sign-up started Tuesday and will continue through Saturday.     Memorial Day Weekend kicked off the first races of the season at Sweetwater Speedway, with the rainy weather not holding back any of the action. Races focused on five divisions consisting of International Motorsports Competition Association (IMCA) Modified, IMCA Sportmod, IMCA Stock Car, Cruiser, and Dwarf Cars.     The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation will release an extra 500,000 acre feet of water from Flaming Gorge Reservoir to help maintain hydroelectric generation at Lake Powell’s Glen Canyon Dam amid drought conditions that have parched the West for more than two decades.
