    Sweetwater County healthcare agencies were notified Tuesday by a private medical laboratory that Sweetwater County has its first case of COVID-19. WDH has confirmed an adult male in his 40s, living in Green River, has tested positive for COVID-19.     Schools in Green River have closed and classes hosted at both Western Wyoming Community College and the University of Wyoming have been suspended in response to the efforts combating the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. The Sweetwater County School District No. 2 Board of Trustees met in an emergency meeting Sunday evening to vote on if it would close the district.     The annual Green River City-Wide Clean Up day has been announced by the Green River Chamber of Commerce. This year, cleaning is set to take place May 16. During that day, residents are encouraged to help beautify the city by pickup up trash around the city before the tourist season begins.
