    The Sweetwater County commissioners approved two budget amendments aimed at funding local ambulance services. The county moved $150,500 from its cash carryover reserves to pay Castle Rock Hospital District for ambulance services starting in January and ending June 30.     The Wolves emerged the kings of the mountain at the Ron Thon wrestling tournament in Riverton. The Wolves took first place at the tournament, scoring 203.5 points.
