    LARAMIE — As nuclear energy makes its way into Wyoming, local scientists will join a nationwide effort to learn more about emerging nuclear technologies and potential impacts on communities.     LARAMIE — When Anastasiia Pereverten traveled to the University of Wyoming from Ukraine last month to study abroad, she and her parents discussed the possibility of a Russian invasion into their home country.
