I, Dave Divis Sweetwater County Assessor, am writing to respond to Mr. Rubeck’s accusations against me and my office in his announcement to run for Sweetwater County Assessor. I would also like to point out a very significant statutory requirement to hold the office of assessor.
Early on Rubeck states he “owns and operates The Fish Bowl Restaurant and Bowling Center,” which is true.
