Wanda Jean Gibson, 62, of Green River passed away Oct. 5, 2017, at her home. Wanda was born Oct. 12, 1954, in Fruita, Colo., to Lloyd Frank and Frances Jean Bowden.
Wanda attended schools in Colorado and graduated with a medical assistant certification and worked as a phlebotomist in Oakley, Calif., until she moved to Green River in 1995. Wanda loved her cats and family, she enjoyed planting her flowers and helping her neighbors and she loved the Wyoming wind. She was compassionate to anyone or animal that was hurting.
