A presentation given to the Green River City Council Tuesday night will have to be investigated further before the Council can act, according to Mayor Pete Rust.
The Council discussed privatizing trash collection during a workshop. Rust said some Council members are concerned with current employees in the city’s Solid Waste Division and are still skeptical if the move to a private service would result in savings.
