Bowls of caring fundraiser

Lining up for a multitude of soups, ranging from the familiar to the adventurous, residents took their hand-crafted bowls and ate for a good cause.

Bowls of Caring is an annual Sweetwater YWCA fundraiser supporting its support and safe house, Family Justice Center and financial empowerment programs. While tickets to the event are sold, people often buy plain ceramic bowls to paint and decorate, which are then fired and act as tickets to the event.
