Green River couple to celebrate 50 years of marriage

Jerry and Kathy Marchant of Green River will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.

The couple was married on Aug. 25, 1966, in Salt Lake City at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple.

The Marchants have three children, Laurie Doman (Chris) of Utah, Lynn Marchant (Cheryl) of Idaho and Lisa Weight (Chris) of Minnesota.

They have 10 grandchildren: Rowdy Swim; Alexis, Hannah, Kayla and Aubrie Marchant and Annie, Noah, Brigham, Hudson and Sylvie Weight.
