Friday - Mother’s Day tea party -- egg salad, cucumber and roast beef sandwiches, water chestnuts, pea salad, scones with apple and pear butter, chocolate fountain with assorted cookies.
Monday -Cheese quesadilla, green chili, fruit cocktail, lemmon poppy-seed bread
Tuesday - Malibu chicken, wild rice, green beans, Jello, orange muffin
Wednesday - Hot ham and cheese sandwich, olive cup, curly Q fries, watermelon, haystack cookies
