Joseph Seelen, 34, of Green River, was arrested on an Albany County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of allegedly driving while under suspension.

Animal control officers gave a resident a warning for dog at large at 1000 W. Flaming Gorge Way.

Animal control officers responded to a welfare check on a dog on Andrews Street. It was reported a dog jumped against a window causing it to break. Animal control officers checked the dog, which was not injured.

At the office, officers contacted Tobey Parson, 20, of Rock Springs, who was arrested per a Sweetwater County District Court warrant for an alleged probation violation on an original charge of conspiracy to commit arson, third degree.

Officers received a call of a parked vehicle blocking a driveway on Midwest Drive. Officers contacted the owner of the vehicle who moved the vehicle.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted the involved parties who had a verbal dispute.

Officers contacted a resident who stated they have received harassing phone calls from telemarketers.

Officer responded to a welfare check on a dog on Pennsylvania Boulevard.

Officers checked on a vehicle with the hatch back open.

Officers responded to report of a disturbance on Barnhart Street. Officers contacted the involved parties who had a verbal dispute.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance Service on a medical call.

Officers met with an individual, in reference to an attempted scam. The reporting party advised they attempted to start working for an on-line company who sent them a check for equipment to be purchased.

The reporting party was then contacted by another individual wanting personal and banking information. The reporting party suspected this to be a scam and did not provide any information.

Officers contacted an individual who reported their vehicle was scratched causing damage to the paint at an unknown location. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers met with an individual on Monroe Avenue, who reported they attempted to start working for an individual on-line they suspected to be fraudulent.

Animal control officers met with an individual on Maryland Drive who wanted to turn their dog over to the animal shelter.

Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI (Report Every Drunk Driver Immediately) report, at 580 E. Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers contacted an individual who reported another individual received a threatening text message.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang up call, that had static on the line. Officers checked the property and the call appeared to be a line problem.

Officers contacted a responsible party for a property who wanted a trespass warning issued to an individual. Officers contacted the individual who was given the trespass warning on Wilderness Trail.

Officers responded to a welfare check on an individual, the reporting party had not been able to contact. Officers contacted the individual who was fine.

Officers responded to a call of a child in a car seat accidentally locked in a vehicle on Wind River Drive. The vehicle was able to be unlocked and the child was OK.

A traffic warning was given for alleged speeding in a school zone on Monroe Avenue and Barnhart Street.

Officers responded to a report that a window was damaged by an individual who left the property following a verbal dispute on Wilkes Drive. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers contacted a resident on Colorado Drive, in reference to a barking dog complaint. The resident was given a warning and the dogs were brought inside the residence.

A traffic warning was given for an alleged equipment violation on Monroe Avenue and Hitching Post Drive.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance Service on a medical call.

Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI report at 895 Uinta Drive.

Officers responded to a report of a verbal dispute that lead to an altercation earlier at another location. Officers contacted the involved parties on Barnhart Street and completed a report regarding the incident, which was forwarded to the Sweetwater County attorney’s office.

A parking citation was issued for an alleged manner parked near curb on Anvil Drive.

Officers contacted the owner of a vehicle for an alleged parking violation on Anvil Drive.

Animal control officers responded to a report of a dog at large on Iowa Avenue. The dog was located and returned to its property. The owner of the dog, Destini McKenzie, 22, of Green River, was issued a citation for alleged dog at large.

Officers were dispatched to an alarm at 211 E. Flaming Gorge Way. The property was secure, a responsible party was contacted and arrived at the property.

Animal control officers met an individual at the animal shelter who wanted to pick up their dog.

Officers received a call, in reference to a possible violation of the door-to-door sales Green River ordinance at 1325 Bridger Drive.

Officers contacted an individual over the phone, who reported a larceny regarding services provided by two companies. Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which is under investigation.

Animal control officers received a call of two large white dogs with collars and tags at large on Greasewood Street. Animal control officers located the dogs and took them to the animal shelter.

Officers met with a resident on North Wagonwheel Drive who reported an unauthorized charge to their bank account. The reporting party advised they have been working with their bank on the matter. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance between juveniles. Officers contacted the involved parties and a parent, who reported a verbal dispute had occurred.

Officers received a call of a ladder on the roadway on Uinta Drive. Officers checked the area, the roadway was clear and a ladder was not located.

A traffic warning for alleged speeding was given on North 5th West and West Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted an individual who requested medical service and was transported to the hospital by Castle Rock Ambulance Service.

Officers received a barking dog complaint on Virginia Drive. Officers checked the area and did not hear a dog barking.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and possible altercation at 41 E. Railroad Avenue, in which one of the involves parties left. Officers contacted an individual who did not want to pursue charges.

Officers received an informational tip from Crime Stoppers about possible drug activity.

Officers responded to a report of a window damaged by a rock at a residence during the night on Pennsylvania Boulevard. The reporting party stated no one entered the residence and nothing was missing. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

A traffic warning was given for an alleged stop-sign violation on East Flaming Gorge Way and North 4th East.

Officers responded to a report that an automatic garage door at a residence on Elk Valley Drive was opened and a vehicle was seen leaving the area while the door was still opening.

Officers contacted the reporting party who stated no one entered their garage. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers were contacted about dog a bite that occurred earlier in the month on Colorado Circle. Officers contacted the resident who advised they had been bitten by their dog earlier in the month and sought medical care about a possible infection today. The dog was current on its vaccinations and officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers received a call that a rock fell off the hillside near North 3rd West and was in the roadway. Officers removed the rock from the roadway.

Officers were flagged down by an individual who locked their keys in their vehicle. Officers gave the individual a ride to their residence to retrieve a spare key.
