Wolves lose close game to Natrona

The Wolves fought neck and neck against Natrona High School on Friday.

“The game with Natrona was close from start to finish,” head Coach Laurie Ivie said. “We played the best game of our season.”

The Green River High School boys varsity basketball team fought a tough, back-and-forth fight against Natrona throughout the game. There were nine lead changes between the two teams during that Friday-night game. With six minutes left on the clock, the game was tied.

It wasn’t until toward the end when Natrona took the final lead, and the game ended in favor of Natrona, 59-53.
