The Green River High School wrestling team traveled to Grand Junction and Fruita Colorado to compete in the Warrior Classic this past weekend.
"Overall I am happy with our performance this weekend," Coach Marshall Rhodes said. "We have gained shape and managed to fix some things in practice."
Rhodes said along with technique they still have to work on their toughness and conditioning, but with some hard work it will come around.
There were 38 teams from Wyoming, Colorado and Utah competing in the tournament, and Green River came out in the top five team scores, with a score of 178.5. No oth...
