A man accused of trying to sexually assault a 12-year-old girl pleaded not guilty to four felony charges.
Kasey D. Manley, 22, of Green River, recently appeared in the Third District Court of Judge Nena James at an arraignment to attempt to commit sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, attempt to commit sexual assault in the first degree, sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and sexual abuse of a minor in the third degree.
If found guilty of all four felony charges, he could face a maximum prison sentence of 80 years in prison and a maximum...
