    A Rock Springs man made an initial appearance at Circuit Court in Rock Springs Tuesday, facing an involuntary manslaughter charge after allegedly killing a woman in a situation witnesses believe was accidental.     A man arrested in Green River Friday had his bond set at $25,000 cash or surety after being charged with 16 counts of felony voyeurism. Ryan Flaten, 28, is in the Sweetater County Detention Center following his arrest. While voyeurism is often a misdemeanor charge, it becomes a felony when a camera or other recording device is used in the crime.     Patricia Sadler, 88, passed away Jan. 29, 2018, at Deer Trail Memory Care in Rock Springs. She was a lifelong resident of Green River. Sadler died following a lengthy illness. She attended schools in Green River and was graduated from the Green River High School with the class of 1948.
