Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance Service on a medical call.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at 550 E. Flaming Gorge Way. Officers contacted the involved parties who had a verbal dispute.

Officers responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle at 320 Monroe Avenue. Officers contacted the reporting party, checked on the vehicle and determined the vehicle was not abandoned.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance on West Teton Boulevard. Officers contacted the involved parties who had a verbal dispute regarding property.

Officers responded to a report of a counterfeit bill that had been passed at a business at 895 Uinta Drive. Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which is under investigation.

Animal control officers received a call of a dog at large on West Teton Boulevard in which the reporting party was keeping from running into the street. Upon arrival, animal control officers determined the dog belonged at the residence.

The prescription drop box in the police department lobby was emptied.

Animal control officers responded to a call that a bunny fell into a window well on Green River Way.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision on Barnhart Street and Uinta Drive. It was reported a vehicle was traveling northwest on Barnhart Street and collided with a parked and unoccupied vehicle on the north side of Barnhart Street. No injuries were reported. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers were dispatched to a residential alarm on East Teton Boulevard. Officers contacted a responsible party for the property, checked the property which had a water leak and the water was subsequently turned off.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Officers contacted the involved parties that lead to physical contact. Officers completed a report regarding the incident, which was forwarded to the Sweetwater County Attorney’s Office.

Officers responded to a report of marijuana odor coming from a residence on Bridger Drive. Officers investigated the incident and contacted Bradly Draper, 27, of Green River, who was issued a citation for alleged possession of marijuana.

Officers received a barking dog complaint on Wilson Street. Officers checked the area and located a different barking dog than the one described by an anonymous reporting party. Officers attempted to contact the resident and posted a notice.

Officers checked on an individual outside a business after hours at 599 E. 4th South. The individual was delivering newspapers.

Officers contacted employees at the property, who arrived early to work.

Officers met with an individual at 95 E. Railroad Avenue who reported items were missing from their purse. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers contacted a resident on Wilderness Trail who had questions regarding a civil matter.

Animal control officers located an injured rabbit at 200 E. Teton Boulevard.

Animal control officers received a call of a springer spaniel at large on West 2nd Street North. The dog was located and taken to the animal shelter.

Officers attempted to service court paperwork on East 4th South.

Officers responded to a report of a juvenile attempted to hit an adult and leave the property.

Officers contacted motorist after hearing a collision and observing a vehicle following the collision at 550 Uinta Drive. It was reported a vehicle was traveling south on Uinta Drive near Nolan Street. The driver looked down at their cell phone, crossed the north bound lanes of travel and struck a tree on the east side of Uinta Drive. No injuries were reported. Dallas Frantzen, 21, of Green River, was issued a citation for alleged inattentive driving.

Officers attempted to locate an individual with a warrant on East Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers received a call of juveniles trying to take a cover off a drainage gutter on the Greenbelt and the reporting party was worried the kids could get hurt. Officers checked the area, were unable to locate the juveniles and made sure the lid was secure.

Officers contacted a door-to-door salesperson on Logan Street who had proper paperwork in accordance with the Green River ordinance.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted an employee and determined the call was accidental.

Officers received a call of a vehicle parked and blocking a driveway on Cumorah Way. Officers checked on the vehicle, which was not blocking anyone in and the owner advised they would move the vehicle.

A traffic warning for cell phone use while driving was given on Hitching Post Drive and Crossbow Drive.

Officers checked on a motorist stopped on the roadway on Riverview Drive and Uinta Drive. The motorist advised they had help on the way.

Animal control officers responded to a welfare check on pets at a residence on Cumorah Way. Animal control officers contacted the resident, checked on the pets which were being cared for and appeared in good health.

Officers met with an individual at the police department who reported being harassed by an individual regarding a parking complaint. Officers contacted the involved parties regarding the incident.

Animal control officers received a call of a contained dog on Greasewood Street.

A traffic warning was given for an alleged registration violation on Monroe Avenue and East Teton Boulevard.

Animal control officers and officers responded to a report of two dogs on an island in the Green River near the Municipal Horse Corrals at 200 E. Teton Blvd. Upon arrival, the dogs were not on an island. They were standing in the river on a sand bar and walked back to shore. The owner of the dogs was contacted and picked up their pets.

Officers checked on a semi truck which was out of the roadway at 580 E. Flaming Gorge Way and the driver advised they had help on the way.

Officers were flagged down at the police department by a motorist who needed directions.

Officers responded to a report of a door-to-door salesperson on Washakie Avenue who the reporting party thought was acting suspicious and left the area on foot. Officers contacted the salesperson regarding the incident.

Animal control officers were contacted by an individual who was looking for their black lab on Schultz Street.

Animal control officers received a call of two dogs at large at 1615 Hitching Post Drive. Animal control officers located one of the dogs, a small tan yorkie mix which was taken to the animal shelter.

Ashley Villegas, 22, of Green River, was arrested on East 4th South for allegedly driving while under the influence.

Animal control officers located a dog at large on the river bridge on Uinta Drive which was taken to the animal shelter.

Officers responded to a welfare check in reference to living conditions in a residence. Officers contacted the residents who were OK and were advised of available resources.

Officers received a Crime Stoppers tip in reference to an individual with a possible warrant.

Officers responded to a noise complaint of fireworks in the area of Uinta Drive. Officers contacted individuals regarding the complaint and completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to an unattended death.

Officers responded to a report of a noise complaint on Knotty Pine Street. Officers contacted an individual who was cutting firewood in their yard.

They were advised of the complaint and given a warning.

Officers checked on a vehicle at the park after hours at 475 S. 2nd Street East.

Officers received a barking dog complaint on North 2nd Street West. Officers checked the area and did not hear any dogs barking.

Officers responded to a report of juveniles throwing rocks at rabbits in the area. Officers contacted the reporting party and parents of the juveniles regarding the incident.

Officers received a call of a closed sign on a business that had people inside at 10 Shoshone Avenue in which the reporting party thought was suspicious. Officers contacted employees who advised they were okay, they were closed and getting ready to open for the day.

Officers and the Green River Fire Department were dispatched to a report of a residential city trash can on fire in front of a residence on East 3rd South.

The reporting party and neighbor used a garden hose to put the fire out. The Green River Fire Department ensured the fire was extinguished. The resident stated there could have been a cigarette butt in the trash can.

Officers responded to a report of disturbance of people yelling at each other and possibly fighting on Cumorah Way. Officers contacted the involved parties, who were cheering for a basketball game on television and addressed the complaint.

Officers responded to a report that a juvenile left their residence without permission. The juvenile was located a short time later and returned home a with parent.

Officers responded to a noise complaint of a possible gunshot on Cumorah Way. Officers checked the area and did not locate the source of the noise that appeared to be fireworks.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision on Apache Avenue. It was reported a vehicle backed out of a driveway, and collided with a parked and unoccupied vehicle on the east side of the street. No injuries were reported, a 16-year-old female of Green River, was issued a citation for alleged inattentive driving.

Officers spoke with two juveniles on Boulder Drive and Evans Drive, who advised they were on their way home. Both were warned for curfew.

Officers contacted an individual at 41 E. Railroad Avenue, who was given a warning for open container.
