Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision. It was reported a vehicle was stopped northbound at the stop sign on North 4th West Street and West Flaming Gorge Way, when it was struck from behind by another vehicle also northbound. Douglas Pate, 54, of Green River was issued a citation for alleged inattentive driving.

Animal control officers received a call of a collie at large at 750 W. 5th N. Street. Animal control officers checked the area and were unable to locate the dog.

Officers contacted a resident who reported damage to their vehicle Arizona Street. Officers completed a report regarding accidental damage.

Officers contacted a resident on Mountain Fuel Station who saw shoe prints in the snow and was worried about a possible prowler in the area. Officers checked the area and determined the shoe prints were from a utility worker checking meters.

Officers responded to a welfare check at an undisclosed address, in reference to a report of teenagers playing on the ice on the Green River. Officers contacted the teenagers who came off of the ice, who were advised of the concern and dangers of playing on the ice.

Officers assisted the Wyoming Department of Family Services on a welfare check at an undisclosed address, in regards to living conditions in the home.

Animal control officers located a chihuahua on Wyoming Drive, which was taken to the animal shelter.

Officers contacted a resident on Jefferson Street who turned in a found driver’s license.

Animal control officers responded to an address for a found dog on Texas Way. The dog was taken to the animal shelter.

Officers received a report of a possible violation of a court order at an undisclosed address, regarding a custody issue.

A warning for an equipment violation was issued on Uinta Drive.

David Wheeler, 66, of Green River was arrested for alleged driving while under the influence.

Officers contacted an individual on Cumorah Way who had questions regarding a civil matter.

Officers responded to a request for a civil standby on South 7th West Street.

Officers responded to a report of a possible medical call at an undisclosed address. While on the call, officers contacted Ryan Flaten, 26, of Green River, who was arrested on an active Laramie County warrant for attempt to commit a misdemeanor.

Colton Gladue, 25, of Green River was arrested for alleged domestic battery and resisting arrest.

Officers were out with individuals for work restitution at 80 E. Teton Blvd.

Officers contacted a resident on Doe Drive who reported an attempted phone scam. The reporting party was contacted by an individual with a foreign accent by phone with a California phone number claiming to be with the IRS. The reporting party suspected this to be a scam and did not give out any personal information and reported no monetary loss.

Animal control officers posted a notice at a residence on Evers Street following a barking dog complaint. Animal control officers later contacted the resident who was given a warning.

Officers met an individual at the police department who report damaged to the paint on their vehicle. The reporting party did not know where the vehicle was damaged but suspected it occurred during the past week. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Animal control officers received a call, in reference to a pit bull and a small black dog at large on Colorado Drive.

Officers responded to an address for a parking complaint Evans Drive. Officers contacted the owner of the vehicle, who advised they would have the vehicle moved.

Animal control officers contacted an individual by phone who wanted information on adopting a pet.

Alejandro Mendez, 20, of Green River, was issued a citation for allegedly driving while under suspension and speeding.

Animal control officers received a call of a dog at large on East 2nd North Street. While looking for the dog, animal control officers were flagged down by the owner of the dog who advised they found their dog.

Officers responded to a report of juveniles playing on the ice on the Green River by Expedition Island. Officers contacted the juveniles who were advised of the complaint and dangers of playing on the ice.

Officers were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted the resident and determined the call was accidental.

Officers assisted a motorist who needed directions on Monroe Avenue.

Officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run vehicle collision on East Teton Boulevard. Officers contacted the reporting party who stated they were rear ended by another vehicle that left the area. The reporting party advised their was no damage to their vehicle. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at an undisclosed address. Officers contacted the involved parties who had a verbal dispute.

Nathan Draney, 33, of Green River, was arrested for alleged aggravated assault of a household member.

A traffic citation was issued for speeding on East Flaming Gorge Way

Officers received a call, in reference to a vehicle parked blocking an alley near Castle Rock Court. Officers checked the area and noted no vehicles parked in the alley.

A traffic warning for speeding was issued on Riverview Drive.

A warning for an equipment violation was issued at 400 Uinta Drive.

Officers contacted a resident who had questions regarding a civil matter on South Riverbend Drive.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance on Trona Drive. Officers contacted the residents who had a verbal dispute.

Officers responded to a welfare check on an individual. Officers contacted the individual and the concerned party was advised.

Officers contacted an individual on Shoshone Avenue, in reference to a parking complaint. The individual moved their vehicle.

Officers checked on an unsecured property, nothing appeared missing, the property was secured and a message left for a responsible party.

Animal control officers received a call of a large black dog at large on East Flaming Gorge Way.

Animal control officers responded to a report of two large black dogs at large near mile marker 91 on Interstate 80.

Officers attempted to catch a small black and white dog on Scotts bottom road.

Officers responded to a report of a juvenile problem. A 17-year-old female was arrested for alleged interference with a peace officer.

Officers contacted an individual by phone for a citizen assist on Anvil Drive.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at 1105 Bridger Drive. Officers contacted the reporting party who advised the individual left prior to officers’ arrival.

Officers contacted an individual by phone for a citizen assist on West Teton Boulevard.

Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI (Report Every Drunk Driver Immediately) report as exiting into Green River.

A 16-year-old female and a 14-year-old female were both issued citations for curfew and released to a parent.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel on a medical call to an undisclosed address.

Officers checked on an individual in a park after hours. The individual was advised of park hours.

Officers responded to a barking dog complaint on West Flaming Gorge Way. Officers located two dogs barking in the area. Officers contacted a responsible party of both dogs and the dogs were brought inside.

Officers responded to a report of shoplifting at 905 Bridger Drive. During the investigation, officers contacted Hermelinda Casper, 54, of Green River, who was issued a citation for alleged shoplifting. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers received a report of an injured deer stuck in a fence on West Flaming Gorge Way. Officers located and were able to free the deer.

Animal control officers responded to a welfare check on two dogs outside and barking on Midwest Drive. Animal control officers contacted the owner of the dogs, who made arrangements to have the dogs put inside.

Animal control officers responded to a welfare check on a dog on Riverview Drive. The dog had food, water and shelter and appeared to be doing well.

Officers tagged an abandoned vehicle at 1795 Bridger Drive and attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle.

Officers tagged a vehicle for parking problem on East Teton Boulevard and contacted the owner of the vehicle regarding the incident.

Officers responded to a report of an attempted scam at 211 East Flaming Gorge Way. The reporting party received a call from an individual claiming to be with Rocky Mountain Power. The reporting party was told part of their account number and told their account was past due. The caller instructed the reporting party to get a pre paid credit card to take care of the matter. The reporting party recognized this to be a scam, hung up on the caller and reported no monetary loss. A similar scam was reported at 550 East Flaming Gorge Way as well.

Officers responded to a report of a larceny on Crossbow Drive. Officers contacted the involved parties, the items were returned and the reporting party did not want to pursue charges regarding the incident.
